Addressing ailments from a biochemical, emotional, and anatomical level allows us to look at the layers of complexity and allow ample time to understand an individual. Ultrasounds

A diagnostic ultrasound technician uses specialized equipment to examine parts of the human body including the abdomen, reproductive systems, prostate, heart and blood vessels. Sonographers help physicians and other medical professionals detect heart disease, vascular diseases, pregnancy and much more.

Intake & Plan of Action Session

This consists of 2 sessions. In the first session, patients will meet with our team to discuss current health concerns and symptoms. Blood work, physical exam, and specialty testing will be recommended at that time. The second session is the Plan of Action. In the second session we will go over labs and formulate a comprehensive care plan. Some testing may incur additional fees.

Phase 1 & 2: Reboot & Regenerate

Check-In

This visit is for established patients and is appropriate for certain prescription refill requests, simple results review, or health inquiries and updates that can be addressed within 15 minutes.

Phase 3: Refine

Follow-Ups

This visit should be used to change a treatment plan or address new concerns. These would generally happen every 6-8 weeks, or as needed. Also appropriate for review of multiple test results.

Phase 4: Retain

House Call

This is an add-on service. The physician will come to your home for a location within 25 miles of office.
